About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and colleagues
• Day-to-day management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquiring goals across products
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to target and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics
• Collaborate with analytics to grasp channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly
• Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discourse, and monthly re-forecasting process

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously achieve results under tight deadlines and directly handle multiple tasks
• Strong drive and problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive results and foster strong partnerships/relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
