We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and customer-oriented part-time Customer Support Agent to join our team in Charlotte. As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You will work less than 4 hours per day, assisting customers with queries, providing solutions to issues, and creating a positive experience for every customer. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for interacting directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints. You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner. You will also communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also essential, along with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
