About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, remaining flexible and open to new ideas and initiatives
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quality requirements
