About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented service representatives to join our team as remote Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Typing and data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer information and interaction details into our database.

- Setting appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments with customers in a business-to-customer format, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated and confirmed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting: Proven experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, utilizing automatic dialers and call scripting software to manage customer interactions.
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing, is essential for success in this role.
- Strong people skills and active listening abilities: You will need to be able to build rapport with customers, understand their needs and concerns, and provide effective solutions and support.
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial in this role, as you will be working in a remote environment and will need to be available to work scheduled hours.
- Sales experience preferred: While not essential, previous sales experience is highly desirable, as you will be required to upsell products and services to customers.
- High School diploma or GED: A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required for this role.
- Basic computer literacy: You will need to have basic computer skills, including the ability to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, as well as navigate software applications.
