Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Shift Lead to join our team at blithequark. As a Night Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Opens and shuts down the store without a trace of store board, including all necessary frameworks, new companies, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are prepared for the workday.
• Completes item returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as needed to sales registers.
• Models and conveys a particular and wonderful client experience, engaging clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience, modeling and offering client support best practices with all colleagues.
• Assists with and mentors other colleagues to work with stockroom and merchant ordering process as orders are made, evaluated, and received, including opening the secondary entrance for vendor deliveries.
• Maintains accurate stock counts, including basic divisions, stockroom, and overload areas, and ensures compliance with the Outdate program.
• Assists with accounting activities, including cash report, cash counts, records, and bill payment as needed or as requested.
• Maintains a clean, sleek, and deliberate store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as needed in manager absence, or as requested by manager.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• One year of prior leadership, management, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be familiar with reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of store stock control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license (as required by state).
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
