Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices in-center, online, or through hybrid delivery models.
- Collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring each student receives the attention they need.
- Continuously assess student progress and engagement, adapting your teaching strategies as necessary to maximize learning outcomes.
- Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn math.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- A strong passion for math and a desire to share this passion with students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members.
- An eagerness to learn and be trained in our methodologies and curriculum.
- Exceptional math competency, with a minimum proficiency through Algebra I.
- The ability to manage multiple grade levels and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching math.
- Familiarity with our Mathnasium Method or similar math education programs.
- A background in education or a related field.
