Job Overview
As a Logistics Operations Manager at Google, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations management of multiple data center locations. You will lead and support cross-functional team projects, manage vendor performance scorecards, and identify opportunities for improvement in cost and service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Own daily logistics operations management of multiple data center locations, ensuring efficient and effective processes
- Develop, lead, and support cross-functional team projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Manage and monitor vendor performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements
- Identify opportunities for improvement in cost and service quality, transforming ideas into a documented business case and presenting to peers and management for approval
- Provide ongoing project management, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of projects
- Manage relationships with various internal clients at data centers, applying exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategies, Tasks, Designing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience in managing warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Experience in project planning, business case development, influencing teams, presentations, and financial modeling
- Ability to manage people in remote and regional areas, with excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Graduate degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices
- Certification in project management, with experience in managing complex projects and initiatives
- Experience in operations management, problem-solving, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendor relationships, budget creation, and cost management
- Ability to apply structured thinking and logic, providing solutions to complex problems and driving results
