About the Role: Chick-fil-A Kitchen and Back-of-House Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable source of transportation.
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving both high and low.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
- Open availability, including Saturdays, to receive competitive pay.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or customer service environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
