About the Investment Services Consultant Role

The Investment Services Consultant (ISC) is a critical role within PNC Investments, acting as a phone-based sales and service financial advisor in the dynamic Investment Center. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients from the PNC Investment Center book of business to understand their financial objectives and recommend tailored investment solutions.
• Build and manage a customer base through quality service conversations, ensuring end-to-end customer experience and identifying sales opportunities.
• Efficiently handle service transactions and make referrals to ecosystem partners as appropriate, promoting the growth of PNC's products and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and execute sales or make referrals to PNC ecosystem partners.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of PNC's financial products and services, aligning them with customers' individual needs and goals.

Essential Qualifications and Licenses

• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, along with insurance licenses.
