Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, documenting all activity in our EPIC system
- Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
- Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
- Process changes to policies, submit changes to specific companies, and follow up to ensure timely processing
- Review policy information, reference company-specific claims procedures, and assist insured in filing claims
- Mail insured documentation, follow up on returns, and recognize cross-sell opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
- A Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- A Membership license (preferred) or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurance companies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
