Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- An active insurance license in Minnesota, or a willingness to obtain a license within 30 days of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Great follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
