**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers, resolving issues, and driving customer retention. **Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, empathy, and solution-oriented approaches
* Providing customers with clear and concise information about our service standards, policies, and procedures
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing wait times
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
