About the Role

Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicating arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures to customers, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with our services.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, providing updates, and ensuring that issues are fully resolved.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved.
- Recording comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- Bilingual skills, which are highly desirable, but not required, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure and providing empathetic support to customers.
