- Be at least 18 years old and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System and ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 4.0 MBPS and upload speed of 2.0 MBPS
- Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys required
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Availability for first shift, with flexibility to work weekend shifts
- Strong sales and upselling skills
