The arenaflex HR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team in Los Angeles or New York City. As a strategic partner to the business, the Manager, HRBP will sit at the intersection of HR and the business, committed to our Programming and Product groups within the Trade, Development, and Character association. The successful candidate will lead and collaborate on all HR projects and initiatives in support of the client group through collaboration across key business and HR partners.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a tech association working with software or product groups. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will have experience working with senior leaders in an "influence without authority" role, with a proven ability to perform with a "focus in" mindset, equally adept at thinking strategically and operating tactically.

The base salary for this role will be competitive, considering internal equity and market rates.
