Key Responsibilities

- Follow protocol and apply sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Maintain a sufficient, reliable private internet connection, not supplied by cellular data, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED

- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (1-2 years)
