Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Production, to develop and implement successful projects and processes.
- Provide creative direction, mentorship, and expertise to team members, exploring new techniques and strategies as needed.
- Screen and ensure the integrity of all projects concerning suitability, creativity, quality, and adherence to project requirements and brand principles.
- Establish and manage project timelines, resources, and expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to colleagues on design and creative direction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design projects meet business objectives and brand goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient Macintosh skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
