About the Role: Global Site Administrator
As a Global Site Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for client management and customer contacts, providing critical support for day-to-day travel program requirements and escalations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of online booking tools and profile management, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online tool support for day-to-day travel program requirements and escalation support, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Assist client management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Function as the key liaison between client management and service delivery to ensure online program connectivity and seamless integration.
- Support clients in online special projects and day-to-day requests, including escalations and issue resolution.
- Manage site administration for online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations, online providers, and client technologies teams.
- Monitor online team performance, phone productivity standards, and transactional touch to optimize operations.
- Analyze user requests, call-types, and transaction types to increase adoption and reduce transactional touch.
- Develop and conduct client seminars regarding online tool usage, leveraging online, self-directed, and in-person venues as applicable.
- Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues and knowledge of SSO applications, tool integration, and information security standards.
- Manage processes for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions, changes, and deletions in online booking tools and profile databases.
- Compile and release global monthly scorecard results, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Support global document delivery and Correx processes, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience supporting Concur OBT from front and back end, as well as knowledge of CONNECT Portal.
- SABRE GDS experience, with a strong understanding of global distribution systems.
- Correx experience, with knowledge of document delivery and management processes.
- Extensive customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business travel management.
- Knowledge of online booking tools and profile management, with experience in managing site administration.
- Familiarity with GBT reporting tools and technology, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Strong consultation and liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
