As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company, handling a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service. You will provide expert assistance, promote health and wellness, and document interactions with patients, caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations. This is a full-time position that requires reliable internet connectivity and a flexible schedule.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-week paid training program, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arizona time. This training is mandatory, and 100% attendance is required.
