About the Role
As a Junior Tech Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the best possible support. You will work remotely, collaborating with a small team under the guidance of a team manager. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support to end-users through live-chat, responding to technical queries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will also work closely with our technical team, software technicians, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our banking software and apps, including features, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed to resolve technical issues, investigate problems, and implement solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Examine technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Communication: Handle technical processes and explain them clearly to less-technical people, ensuring that clients receive accurate and helpful information.
- Time Management: Manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
