About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of Walmart's online platforms. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our clients. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for data accuracy, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Information source identification, requiring information on business space and situations, classifications of information and where it is held, business information requirements, data set advances, and information quality.
- Examining business issues within your discipline and questioning assumptions to assist in identifying underlying drivers; recognizing and prescribing ways to address business issues; and setting significant expectations based on established progress rules and key metrics.
- Assessing proposed business cases for initiatives and drives, translating business requirements into systems, and aligning the team to the business strategy while executing expectations.
- Recognizing and suggesting the most suitable representation tools based on setting and characterizing application configuration based on client needs; including building compelling stories based on setting, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data perception, and adjusting communication style based on partners.
- Providing general guidance by examining business goals and client needs - including creating, conveying, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and works; investigating expenses and estimates and integrating into field-tested strategies; and deciding and supporting resource requirements.
- Creating and using internal and external organizations and partnerships, leading key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and supporting partners while respecting and adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Capability in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
- Capability with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Wind current)
- Capacity to convey details of a metric to executives clearly
- Capacity to associate details of information and their effect on the business
- Experience growing new metrics to track business influence
- Experience driving a team of investigators
- Openness to building dashboards and reports that aggregate data from different sources
