Essential Qualifications

- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas consisting of Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
- Basic degree talent in Microsoft Access (for example: starting a table in datasheet view, entering data, filtering data, developing a form, editing a form layout, using themes, running, sorting and saving queries, developing and formatting a report, converting report view, adding an image, printing labels, navigating through reports, and/or exporting to Excel).
- Basic talent degree in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: putting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating among slides, growing list level, adding, centering and enhancing textual content, changing views, putting a table or a note, transferring objects, printing define view and/or running a slide show).
