Job Summary

The Full Stack Data Analyst & Strategy Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, using data analysis and business acumen to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging a range of data tools and technologies to extract insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research and analysis of trends, supporting the development of new strategies, devices, and reports
• Involved in knowledge, improving, and sharing available data tools with exceptional teams within the organization
• Leverage personal and organizational technology skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and industry data to provide answers to industry requests
• Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings
• Involved in the development and improvement of models and strategies that encompass supporting their downline implementation
• Facilitate and provide technical guidance on thoughts and topics to organizations throughout the industry
• Conduct assessment using optimization and exceptional available tools to create and examine conditions providing insights into how one-of-a-kind minds perform
• Utilize appropriate data management tactics that encompass privacy standards

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, business acumen, and strategic planning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of Southwest Airlines operations
• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL)
• Highly skilled in the hobby of detail

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with advanced-level experience in network planning or airline operations, data collection, carried out data, industry assessment, and presentation. Proven experience in providing to senior leaders, Alteryx or exceptional data manipulation software, and Tableau or exceptional data visualization software is highly desirable.
