Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving client concerns.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English skills, for internal communication purposes.
• Proficiency in using standard Google tools, such as Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
