The Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of our delivery professionals, from sign-up to activation. This involves communicating effectively with applicants, reviewing documents for accuracy and eligibility, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and managing data entry tasks with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, data entry, human resources, or a related field, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
While an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred, it is not required for this position. What is essential, however, is a strong foundation in a business environment, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, data entry, HR, or customer service. The ability to work full-time, including nights and weekends, is necessary, as is access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access.

The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, with the final offer based on the candidate’s skills, education, and experience. Beyond the competitive salary, this position is also eligible for additional benefits, including 401k, healthcare, and paid time off.
