Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytical procedures, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.

- Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions and optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
- Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention, providing data-driven insights to inform our marketing approaches.
- Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders, helping to drive the business forward with data-driven insights.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning, as well as excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Specifically, we are looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
