About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to drive Level's digital experience and revenue across Amazon retail platforms, managing sales and market share growth. As a Director of Amazon Sales - Channel Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing partnerships with Amazon's Strategic Vendor Services, managing Amazon account needs, driving brand integrity, and optimizing budget and ad spend. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Manage Amazon account needs, including product listings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing meets best practices and aligns with business objectives.
- Optimize budget and ad spend to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon's Strategic Vendor Services and other key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy and tactics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of Amazon sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion.
- 1-3+ years of meeting consumer goods sales goals, with a preference for consumer electronics experience.
- 1-3+ years of digital performance marketing experience, with a focus on Amazon-specific channels.
- Familiarity with forecasting and budget planning, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- An innovative and strategic thinker, with a passion for the smart home category and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy and tactics.
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective stakeholder communications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
