Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the growth of our conversational AI platform and enhancing our existing chatbot capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that create opportunities to elevate the customer experience
- Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
- Work closely with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to inform future feature design
