- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure accurate measurement and strategic alignment with the overall data strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data product strategies that align with financial goals and objectives.
- Analyze and manage data from various sources, ensuring its integration into a modernized platform.
- Create and manage timelines, budgets, acknowledgment standards, and administration levels to ensure project success.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios.
- Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions.
- Strong data modeling, design, and documentation skills, following the full delivery life cycle of business commitment through to practical, legitimate, and actual data design and project delivery.
- Profound technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK).
- Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and distribution.
- Strong collaboration and association skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Executives.
- A strong foundation in best practices and standards in data and engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and cycles to various levels of the organization.
- Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media outlet.
Preferred Qualifications
A graduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
