Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data entry coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a data entry coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering internal and external prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings within unique time frames. You will also create and release COMPASS and RHM communications, generate ad hoc reports for the prescriber assessment team, and assist in presentations to the Integrity and Patient Safety teams.
