About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes.
Essential Qualifications:
