Key Responsibilities

• Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis activities, including data collection, preparation, and analysis to build reports, tables, and presentation segments
• Join different datasets using SQL to aid in the everyday operations of the blithequark+ customer experience tracking project
• Collaborate with various teams to conduct research at blithequark, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently prioritize, develop, and refine our datasets
• Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from different divisions of the organization as well as external vendors
• Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of blithequark+ and the blithequark Streaming Pack
• Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report assignments and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines
• Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is strategically relevant and drives key direction
• Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks
• Maintain excellent verbal and written knowledge of data elements and requirements
• Respond to basic data requests from internal clients
• Support the presentation of findings based on analysis conducted and contribute to related business discussions
• Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a continually evolving landscape

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field and 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and consolidate unique data sources
• Ability to extract data and combine with other data sources to foster a rich, complete picture for the business
• Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight)
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, preferably cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
• Postgraduate degree in Market Research or Statistics
• Quantitative analysis background, either supplier-side or client-side
• Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
• Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Blithequark offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits. The recruiting range for this position is $93,400 to $125,200 per year, depending on experience and location. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits.
