Key Responsibilities
- Support business clients via optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Maintain service levels through meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and efficiency objectives
- Support execution and optimization for arenaflex's automated business generation and platform solutions
- Provide consultation and technical support to a global merchant team
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent reasonable experience
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
