About the Role

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on the US market. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for proposing solutions to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. Your role will involve researching and explaining our services to customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding and assisting users with any queries they may have, as well as evaluating updates to our products to recommend potential improvements.
