As a global leader, we are now seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Central Operations Team in India, where you will play a vital role in supporting our network countries on contract management.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring seamless contract management, and driving business growth. As a key member of our Central Operations Team, you will work closely with local divisions, sales teams, and customers to set up and manage agreements, provide service recommendations, and create maintenance budgets. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the execution of projects in SAP S4 Hana and driving the success of our Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a relevant university degree in Business or Engineering, with a strong foundation in English language skills. Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in global customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy engineering company. Familiarity with O365 tools and SAP S4 Hana would be beneficial.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across geographies.
