**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and shaping the support experience of our company. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
* Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**
* **1-2 years of customer support or service experience**: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing excellent customer support, either in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment.
* **Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, and to troubleshoot complex issues with ease.
* **Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking**: Our support team is fast-paced and dynamic, and you'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
* **Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus**: While not required, experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to work with complex systems and to provide excellent support in a fast-paced environment.
**Work Schedule**
* **Three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday**: We're looking for someone who can work a non-traditional schedule, with three 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Monday. This will give you the flexibility to enjoy your days off, and to recharge for the next shift.
