**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing accurate and personalized communication to blithequark users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner
* Staying updated on the video and streaming world so you can provide expert solutions to our customers
* Contributing to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience
* Being an advocate of blithequark and sharing product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product
* Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings
**What We Look For**
We're looking for a talented individual who:
* Has experience in streaming with blithequark
* Understands how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch
* Has experience in a customer-facing role and maintains a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences
* Is proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
* Has experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
* Can multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
* Is resourceful, flexible, and can hold themselves accountable
* Is available to work assigned shift rotations as needed
* Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM UTC; Days off - Monday and Tuesday
