**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This is a night and weekend shift position, requiring a flexible and dedicated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
**Responsibilities**
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
* Helping clients set up their online shops, products, and E-Commerce platforms
* Troubleshooting issues with Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
* Providing product information and recommendations to clients
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
**Requirements**
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM software, email, and chat platforms

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
