As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our external stakeholders, troubleshooting meal deliveries nationwide, and building strong relationships with our client and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a range of communication channels, including phone, SMS, internal messaging, and a CRM platform, to provide exceptional support for external stakeholders
- Monitor and troubleshoot meal deliveries nationwide, understanding complex situations and finding creative solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Triage inbound requests from client and vendor partners, directing information to the appropriate internal stakeholder to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve performance metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Support our Client Success, Sales, and Vendor teams in building strong relationships with clients and vendors, responding to requests with empathy and de-escalation skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications for Success

- At least 1+ year of proven performance in a customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

Schedule and Work Arrangements
