About the Role: Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our end users, providing expert support and resolving inquiries across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming support requests across various channels, including phone, email, in-app messaging, web messaging, and social media, ensuring that user needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Manage Operational Functions: Oversee ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Communicate Effectively: Engage with end users via multiple communication channels, providing clear, concise, and positive interactions that foster trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams and external third parties to resolve complex issues, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support.
- Build Product Expertise: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you will need:
- Prior Experience: A background in B2C high-volume support, preferably in a similar industry or with experience handling customer inquiries and support requests.
- Proficiency in CS Platforms: Experience with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk, and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both languages.
- Social Media and Payment Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, app store reviews, payment processing systems, and dispute resolution processes (ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, etc.).
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnights, to accommodate our 24/7 support requirements.
