About the Role

This is a full-remote, contractor position (40 hours/week) that offers the unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the world, providing 24/7 customer support to our clients. The role involves working irregular hours, including night shifts, to ensure our clients receive the support they need, whenever they need it. The selected candidate will join our team on a contractor basis, allowing for a dynamic and flexible working arrangement that balances work and personal commitments.

The night shift for this role is scheduled from 15:30-24:00 CET, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday, with a margin of +/- one hour to accommodate your schedule and time zone. This flexibility is designed to offer you the best possible work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive uninterrupted support.
