We are seeking a driven and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Core Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will own a critical segment of our customer base, driving adoption, delivering customer outcomes, and leading all renewal and expansion efforts. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that requires a strong relationship builder who can own the full lifecycle of their accounts post-onboarding. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 70 accounts, representing $1.5M–$2M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and serve as the trusted partner and go-to advisor for your customers throughout their journey with blithequark.
You are a strong relationship manager who loves owning the full customer lifecycle, especially the commercial part. You are strategic and thoughtful, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You are comfortable balancing a large portfolio, prioritizing effectively, and advocating fiercely for your customers and your business goals.
