About the Role

Reporting to our Vice President of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for helping existing customers maximize their usage of arenaflex's Master Data Management (MDM) Platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in driving customer retention, expanded deployments, and enthusiastic customer advocacy. As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will manage approximately 50-60 enterprise software accounts across different customer segments, industries, and deployment models.
