**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, your daily activities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and address their inquiries
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Completing necessary paperwork and quality control measures to ensure seamless operations

**Minimum Qualifications**
