**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
* Proficiently navigating our Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
* Applying expertise developed in training to schedule appointments for technicians to efficiently minimize drive time and/or distance as needed and recommend alternative routes when appropriate
* Using your sharp listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer's concern and evaluate their needs
* Monitoring, updating, and maintaining customer databases with accurate customer information, including call details, disposition of calls, payments, and other results
* Rescheduling unserviced accounts within 24 hours
* Participating in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives
* Safeguarding customer's privacy and other proprietary information
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and follow through
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
**Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work in a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires you to be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. You'll also need to be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
