Job Overview

In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues and transforming frustrated exchanges into positive outcomes. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with hours of operation subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require. Current business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours will be Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months), with attendance mandatory daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to later hours, which may include Saturday and/or Sunday.
