About the Role: CSR - Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)
As a Customer Service Representative at WorkWise, you'll play a critical role in our growth by providing exceptional customer service, closing clients in new markets, and establishing critical client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Close clients in assigned new markets and bring on new clients to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute stakeholder outreach strategies via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins.
- Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Onboard existing clients' locations information and provide exceptional customer service to solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.
- Document all stakeholder interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and inform future sales strategies.
- Work closely with your team to share best practices, address customer concerns, and drive collective success.
- Be responsible for early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships in your assigned market.
- Play a key role in establishing WorkWise in your location by prospecting and closing clients.
- Ensure the recruiting pipeline is aligned with the sales pipeline to drive business growth.
- Network actively to expand our presence in the market and identify new opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you must be a driven and analytical individual with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently and remotely, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are essential.
