Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns
- Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax return software to address customer queries and provide guidance on basic tax questions
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues
- Build strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with blithequark products, services, and industry developments
What We Offer

- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50
- A one-time bonus of $405 for completing our comprehensive certification program, which takes place over two days
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own schedule, choosing from a range of hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
- A minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as desired
- Ongoing support and training to ensure your success in the role
