As a Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders, guiding them through the claims process, and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with our claims process related to total losses. Your duties will include:
