Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must:
- Live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, as this position requires adherence to specific regional regulations and customer service standards.
- Have familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Bring experience from a highly transactional call center environment, where you have honed your customer service skills, learned to remain calm under pressure, and developed critical thinking to resolve complex customer issues.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Have high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with your work location set up for a direct connection to the router (using the provided 6 ½ foot long ethernet cord or your own if necessary).
- Hold a High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and problem-solving skills.
